Ordering
An order becomes a contract once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or if a price has been listed in error, in which case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers.
Products
Every candle is poured by hand, so small variations in surface, colour and finish are expected and are not defects. Fragrance strength varies with room size, airflow and temperature.
Safe use
Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything flammable, and follow the care instructions supplied with every candle. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
