Everything is packed by hand in our Lithuanian studio and dispatched within 24 hours of your order.

Delivery times
Lithuania: 1–2 working days. European Union: 2–5 working days. United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 3–7 working days. Rest of world: 5–10 working days.
Orders placed before 12:00 EET on a working day leave the studio the same day. Orders placed at the weekend leave on Monday.
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery within Lithuania is free on orders over €60; delivery within the EU is free on orders over €90.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is collected by the courier. If the tracking has not moved after three working days, write to us and we will chase it for you.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged in transit
Glass travels well but not perfectly. If your candle arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost — no return required.
