What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number where provided, and the details of your order. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers and never reaches our servers.
When you subscribe to the newsletter we store only your email address and the date you subscribed.
Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to send order updates, and — only with your consent — to send occasional letters about new releases.
Analytics and cookies
We use cookies and third-party analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our campaigns. You can block these at any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need to run the shop: our e-commerce and payment platforms, our couriers, and our email provider. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@nidajourney.com and we will respond within 30 days.
