If a candle isn't right for you, send it back. No interrogation, no restocking fee.

The window
You may return unused candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Write to hello@nidajourney.com with your order number and we will send return instructions the same working day.
Condition
Candles must be unlit and unused, with the wick untrimmed and the vessel unmarked. Gift sets should be returned complete.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching the studio. Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned.
Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in those cases we cover the cost and replace the candle immediately.
Exchanges
Prefer a different destination? Tell us which city you'd rather have and we will exchange it, sending the replacement as soon as the return is on its way.
