Unused candles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us and we will send return instructions the same day. If something arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace it immediately at our cost.

Burn time varies with each candle's design and size, so please see the exact details on its product page. On the first burn, where the design allows, let the melted wax reach the edge of the vessel so it burns evenly. Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Trim the wick to 5 mm before every burn, never burn for more than four hours at a time, and keep the flame away from draughts. Stop burning when 10 mm of wax remains, then wash the vessel with warm water and reuse it.
