Shipping
We ship from Lithuania to customers across Europe and worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your candles arrive safely.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard shipping (Europe): 3–7 business days.
- International shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Nida Journey purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not accept returns on candles that have been burned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
